The short version: Use Splitt to track your workouts. Don't misuse it. Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Your data is yours — we never touch it.
By downloading or using Splitt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Splitt is published by Myrmidon Concepts ("we", "us", "our").
Splitt is a workout set tracker for iOS. It lets you create training splits, log sets during workouts, track personal records, and review your training history. All data is stored locally on your device.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Splitt. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Splitt is a workout logging tool, not a medical or fitness advisory service. It does not provide health advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or modifying an exercise program. Use the app at your own risk.
Splitt, its design, code, and branding are the property of Myrmidon Concepts. Your workout data belongs to you.
Splitt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost. Use device backups to protect your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myrmidon Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Splitt, including but not limited to loss of data or physical injury resulting from exercise activities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised effective date will be posted above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
