Privacy Policy

The short version: Splitt stores all your workout data locally on your device. We don't collect it, we don't transmit it, and we don't have access to it.

1. Who We Are

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of the following:

Your name, email address, or any account credentials
Your workout data (exercises, sets, weights, reps)
Your photos taken within the app
Location names or coordinates you enter
Device identifiers or usage analytics

There is no user account. There is no server. Your data lives on your device and nowhere else.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Splitt stores the following data locally on your iPhone:

Workout data — sessions, exercises, sets, weights, reps, timestamps, and personal records
Photos — workout photos you choose to capture, saved in the app's sandboxed storage
Location — gym name and coordinates, if you choose to enter them
Mood data — optional mental focus and energy ratings
Preferences — rest timer duration, weight increment, and other settings

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling Splitt permanently deletes all of it. You can also delete all data at any time from Settings within the app.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Splitt offers optional paid subscriptions (Splitt Pro) through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information.

5. Notifications

Splitt may request permission to send local notifications for rest timer alerts and subscription trial reminders. These notifications are generated on your device — no data is sent to any server.

6. Camera & Photo Library

Splitt may request access to your camera to take workout photos, and to your photo library to save workout summary cards. Photos taken in-app are stored locally in the app's private storage. Photos are never uploaded or shared by us.

7. Third-Party Services

Splitt does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The only external communication is with Apple's App Store for subscription management.

8. Children's Privacy

Splitt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children because we do not collect personal information from anyone.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through an app update.
